She then demanded that I read the numbers out loud on my card for the cashier to punch in, and when I told her that I couldn't see the numbers on my card, and that I didn't have my glasses, 'Cheryl' crossed her arms and started yelling, 'Well, what are you going to do about it!' Eventually, she marched over to where I was, snatched the card out of my hand, and shouted out the numbers herself, before telling me that I needed to 'write down the card numbers next time and bring my glasses!' This is just the latest in a stream of totally unprofessional and appallingly rude behavior from a store manager
